Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Karivora, we are committed to delivering beautifully handcrafted products to your doorstep with care, efficiency, and transparency. This Shipping & Cancellation Policy outlines our process and timelines so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.


🚚 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States, Europe and Canada only. We do not support international shipping at this time.


2. Processing Time

In-stock items: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Made-to-order items: Handcrafted by skilled artisans, these may take 10–20 business days for production before shipping. Estimated timelines are provided on the product page and during checkout.


3. Delivery Time

Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days after the order has shipped.

Shipping times may vary based on destination, courier partner, and external factors like weather or carrier delays.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.


4. Shipping Methods & Partners

We work with trusted logistics and courier providers to ensure reliable and trackable deliveries. The courier partner for your order will be selected based on the delivery location and serviceability.


5. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or for orders above a specified value (as advertised on the website).


6. Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple products with varying processing times, we may ship the order in multiple packages. You’ll be informed if this applies to your order.


7. Missed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, a re-shipping fee may apply.


❌ Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations (Customer-Initiated)

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@karivora.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.


2. Cancellations by Karivora

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following cases:

The item is out of stock or discontinued.

There are issues with payment or billing.

Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions are detected.

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email.


3. Made-to-Order Items

Please note that made-to-order or customized products cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placing the order, as production begins shortly after.


4. Refund Timeline

For eligible cancellations:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
