• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placement.
• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any such order (with a full refund issued).

• Orders are shipped to the United States using our designated courier partners.
• Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Karivora is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or customs processes.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
